You have arrived in Bodrum, the forecast looks good and tomorrow is still empty — so the question comes quickly: can we still get on a boat? On our tour leaving from Gümbet Harbour, a seat is usually available even at short notice, though a few simple habits raise your chances. Here are the questions we hear most often, answered one by one.
Is a last-minute booking really possible?
Most of the time, yes. The boat takes 100 guests, so gaps for one or two people often stay open just hours before departure. How do I check whether seats are free?
Sending everything in one message cuts the reply time down to minutes. Include:
- The date you want and the total number of guests
- Ages of any children — free under 6, half price between 6 and 12
- Your hotel and area; transfer is included for Gümbet, Bitez and Ortakent
- How you prefer to pay: card, bank transfer or another option

Can I still join if I decide on the morning itself?
Yes, provided there is space. The boat leaves Gümbet Harbour at 10:30 and returns to the same pier around 17:00, so being at the pier by about 10:15 is enough. If you want hotel pick-up, your collection time depends on where your hotel is and is confirmed with your booking; for very late requests, coming straight to the pier is the safer choice. Pack a towel as well — towels are not handed out on board.
Does booking late change the price?
No. It is 1,500 TL per person whenever you write. Lunch — chicken, pasta and salad — is included and served during the stop at Ada Boğazı. Drinks are not included and are paid separately at the bar on deck. What happens if my plans change?
Refunds are possible up to three days before the tour date. Booking one day ahead therefore means the refund window has already closed, so decide with that in mind.
