"Four bays in one day" is an easy line to print on a flyer; fitting those four into a single day is the harder part. The figures answer the question on their own: departure at 10:30, return at 17:00, four separate anchorages in between. The number that matters on a Bodrum bay trip is not how many bays appear on the list, but how many minutes you actually spend in the water at each one.
The short answer: four bays
Our boat leaves Gümbet Harbour and follows a fixed route. Nothing is improvised during the day, and the order is always the same:
- Dalgıç Bay — the first swim stop of the day
- Ada Boğazı — lunch and the opening of the DJ set
- Aşıklar Bay — swimming and photo stop
- Akvaryum Bay — the last break, best for snorkelling

How the six and a half hours split up
The day runs roughly six and a half hours. Around half of it is spent at anchor: four breaks of 30 to 40 minutes each, so two to two and a half hours of swimming time. The rest is cruising, and that part is far from empty. In the morning the music stays in the background; after lunch the tempo climbs. Is 30-40 minutes enough for one bay?
It is enough to swim, drift around with a mask and take a handful of photos. It is not enough to go ashore, walk a trail or spend hours on the sand. A guest who gets in the water at all four stops still ends up with more than two hours of swimming, which is no less than a typical day at a single beach.
What the 1,500 TL per person covers
Four bays, lunch and the hotel shuttle are inside that figure. Lunch is chicken, pasta and salad, served at Ada Boğazı around 13:00. Transfers from hotels in Gümbet, Bitez and Ortakent are included at no extra cost. Drinks are not included; they are bought separately at the on-board bar. Children aged 0-6 travel free and 6-12 pay half. Towels are not provided, so bring your own. There are toilets, a shower and a changing cabin on board.
Who these numbers suit
Short stops and several locations in one day work well for groups who do not mind crowds and music. They do not work for anyone hoping to sit quietly in a single cove all afternoon; on a boat with a hundred people, silence is not a realistic expectation.
